De La Rosa Law & The Camp Lejeune Lawsuit

De La Rosa Law, a small newly created law firm needed help with generating leads for Camp Lejeune Lawsuit.

Camp Lejeune

The Camp Lejeune class action lawsuit involves claims against the U.S. government for water contamination at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina, which allegedly caused serious health issues for residents and workers from the 1950s to the 1980s. Victims are seeking compensation for diseases linked to exposure to toxic chemicals, including various cancers and neurological disorders.

Challenges

Targeting Camp Lejeune Victims:
The criteria needed to lawfully file a claim was strict. We needed to find a way that filter those who did not qualify while making sure the correct target became educated and motivated to submit their information.

Effective Funnel Strategy & Offer:
Getting the target to understand their position with educational form content was instrumental. It took precision to educate, motivate, and compel viewers with an effective funnel strategy.

Creatives That Convert:
Effectiveness was a result of a holistic educational strategy that retargeted those who viewed the ads. For example: Ad #1 told people the lawsuit was created. Ad #2 handled objections and answered questions. Ad #3 told people we had an offer for them “pay only if you win”.

The Funnel

As discussed previously, here are some of my top-performing creatives that practiced moving a viewer through the consumer awareness stages—ending in a conversion.
